Our spacious Plumeria Suite includes everything a family visiting Hawaii could want.  We have a full kitchen with 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.  The bathroom has a separate dressing area for privacy and convenience, as well as a large closet.  Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen-sized beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.  A portable crib is available on request.  The sleeping area can be separated by a privacy curtain.  Of course, all linens are provided.  The sheets have a thread-count of 275 and are soft and luxurious.

Cable T.V. as well as a DVD player are provided.  We also have wireless, high-speed internet access.  A communal washer and dryer are available downstairs.  Surfboards and boogie boards are also available to use. 

Pounders Beach Park is only 98 steps away via a private trail.  This beach is a beautiful sandy beach.  It is lots of fun, especially if you like to boogie board.  There is also a great place on Pounders Rock to view Honu, the Hawaiian green sea turtle, and humpback whales during whale season. 

A large deck offers stunning views of Kakela Beach Park ( with public access only 4 houses away) and the Ko'olau mountains.  The deck also includes a bbq grill and furnishings.

Pricing

Prices do not include a 11.92% GET and hotel tax.  We accept travelers checks, money orders, personal checks (must be paid in advance or use PayPal-check will be cashed before a stay is allowed), or credit cards through PayPal.

A refundable deposit  and signed contract (see sample contract here) are required in order to reserve your room.  Deposit will be returned to you 3 weeks following your stay as long as all contract items are followed. 

A cleaning fee of $50 is required and due 30 days before arrival (or at time of reservation if booking takes place with less than 30 days notice).

50% of rental fee is due 60 days in advance (unless booking takes place with less than 60 days notice-then 50% is due on reservation).  The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival (or at time of reservation if booking takes place with less than 30 days notice).

Nightly Rental $100 $110 per night, 3 night minimum stay required.   Please add $10 per person per night for more than 6 people.    
Weekly Rental $200 $700 per week, 2 week minimum stay required.  Please add $10 per person per night for more than 6 people.     
Nightly Rental-Holiday Season (Nov. 19-Jan. 2) $200 $125 per night, 5 night minimum stay required.  Please add $15 per person per night for more than 6 people.    
Weekly Rental-Holiday Season (Nov. 18-Jan. 2) $200 $850 per week, 2 week minimum stay required.  Please add $15 per person per night for more than 6 people.
